The Rockaways

If you have looked at real estate in the Rockaways in the last 5 years, you know about the Seavon. It's like one of South Beach's most beautiful buildings was transported to the Rockaway Park / Belle Harbor area. Yes, that's how nice the Seavon is complete with roof top pool, garden, deeded garage parking (extra), bike storage, plus the units have beautiful balconies, tilt in windows and doors, European chef kitchens, and a enough windows to make vampires despise this condo.

Bad news about the Seavon
So I just recently spoke with the sales manager of the Seavon and I am sad to say, they are almost sold out. of the few dozen units that they originally had for sell, less then 5 remain. Fortunately, they still have some of the prime units with the views that will make you want to become a hermit and never leave your home (unless it's to walk 300 feet to dip your feet into the ocean).
