Over the years we have seen many people who think they are beach lovers come to our open houses, come with us to see condos at Belle Shores or the Seavon, however we can tell who are the ones that really love the beach and would benefit from the beauty of the Rockaways YEAR ROUND!

So it looks like this upcoming weekend is going to be a perfect weekend to be hanging out at the beach. If you are still schlepping the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, blankets, towels, etc. into the car, then starting chanting "pray for parking" OR even worse, dragging this on the subway, well you don't have to!

If you have looked at real estate in the Rockaways in the last 5 years, you know about the Seavon. It's like one of South Beach's most beautiful buildings was transported to the Rockaway Park / Belle Harbor area.
