The Rockaways

Over the years we have seen many people who think they are beach lovers come to our open houses, come with us to see condos at Belle Shores or the Seavon, however we can tell who are the ones that really love the beach and would benefit from the beauty of the Rockaways YEAR ROUND!

So it looks like this upcoming weekend is going to be a perfect weekend to be hanging out at the beach. If you are still schlepping the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, blankets, towels, etc. into the car, then starting chanting "pray for parking" OR even worse, dragging this on the subway, well you don't have to!

Enjoy the freedom of living in your own coop or condo on the beach in the Rockaways. There are some amazing opportunities to own your own slice of the beach.

If you have looked at real estate in the Rockaways in the last 5 years, you know about the Seavon. It's like one of South Beach's most beautiful buildings was transported to the Rockaway Park / Belle Harbor area.

If you haven't heard, Rockaway's Belle Shores condos have been welcoming new homeowners that have secured financing using FHA insured loans with low down payment.

Vacationing in the Rockaways

This is beautiful! Great news for us cyclists who would rather leave their cars at home and ride a bike to work. This makes it easier to park the car on Friday night when you get home from a workweek, then leave it parked until Monday morning after a nice beach-filled weekend. YAY!!!

This is GREAT more great news for Rockaway.
